I’ve bought three vehicle vehicles from Broadmoor motors, Great place and great people. You can definitely tell customer service is their top priority. I called with an issue and they took care of it at the same day. Micah The sales rep at the Wayland location Is a rockstar. If you’re looking to get a vehicle, I suggest going with him.

I had a wonderful experience working with this dealership. There can often be concern and hesitation visiting dealerships for people who are more feminine presenting due to worry over being talked down to or otherwise disrespected. This was not an issue at all. I felt heard and respected throughout the entire process.

We needed a vehicle with a 3rd row, as our family had outgrown our current vehicle. I saw a van listed on Facebook Marketplace and reached out, and we drove from Battle Creek to see it in person and test drive it. Communication was excellent, and Justin was very easy to work with. Very smooth purchase experience. Sales team acted more like a guide for what i was looking for vs the stereotypical high pressure used car salesman. Did not feel uncomfortable at any point in the process. I bought a vehicle with a salvage/rebuild title due to theft and recovery. Got a fair deal and also added on the engine/power train warranty to 100k miles. BMG runs thier own warranty so there won't be issues with claim denials. This added security with thier own warranty really made me feel comfortable. They told me if anything comes up i bring the vehicle to them and they take care of it. Overall very happy and would certainly recommend them.

We were looking for a reliable 7 passenger vehicle in great shape with average to low miles, all at a moderate price.We were surprised to find how rare and hard-to-find this vehicle was. We found a few vehicles online from. Broadmoor Motors in Middleville.There were one or two we thought might work, but they sold before we could even get there to see them!Matt and Melissa were very helpful to let us know ow about vehicles they were expecting in , they kept in touch and let us l own about each of the step in the process. We found a vehicle we live that. Exceeded our expectations and put a deposit on it.Melissa continued to keep in touch making the process very easy and well informed.We felt like we got a good deal where everyone won and every step was easy. We would definitely recommend them for friends or family members looking for good used vehicles and respectful service.

Probably the smoothest car buying transaction I’ve ever had, from negotiation to driving off. Scott was a class act and the owner Matt personally had a scuff we found addressed while we signed the paperwork. Appreciated the Christian bible verses all over their office but would’ve liked to see some on their website! You can tell the culture of this place has nothing to hide and wants to be upfront and honest with you the entire way. Thank you again guys!
